What we're building

We're building systems that connect studio tools, market context, and player signal into one decision layer teams can actually use. The problems are genuinely hard: non-stationary behavioral data, markets that shift weekly, creative decisions that resist quantification, and workflows that need to stay legible under pressure. Who we're looking for

People who are strong across boundaries. No tidy job descriptions.

  • ML and AI engineers who've shipped models to production. Uncertainty quantification, causal inference, or reinforcement learning experience is a plus.
  • Systems engineers who build reliable, tenant-isolated infrastructure and real-time data pipelines.
  • Research-minded generalists who read papers and write code.
  • Go-to-market and developer relations people who understand game studios from the inside.
